It is very hard to know what to feel or say in the wake of the Casey Anthony verdict. What we we do know and do feel though, is that the future of the nation depends on our thinking about all children as our children. It is time we awaken to a national dialogue on how to ensure the healthy growth and development of all children and the prevention of child abuse and neglect before it ever occurs. We plan to have this dialogue in communities across the country, and we will share more on that soon, but for now please know that we, and you, are not alone in feeling this way. There is Prevent Child Abuse America's Chapter network and Healthy Families America program network.
