National Child Abuse Prevention Conference Meets in Jax This Weekend.

Prevent Child Abuse America and its signature prevention program Healthy Families America are presenting The National Conference for America's Children from Sunday, May 18 – Thursday, May 2 at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Hotel.This will be the second major conference that Prevent Child Abuse America has held in Jacksonville, and its fifth conference held in the city overall. This year's conference accounts for more than 2,200 total room nights, bringing about 700 delegates and an economic impact of more than $1 million in the city. The primary focus of the conference is the healthy development of children and the requisite policy, training and communications required to give America's children the healthiest starts possible.
