Prevent Child Abuse America in the news. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families. Healthier and happier children. And the decreasing child abuse and neglect numbers.

The Public News Service recently picked-up on the story - here - we previously posted about - here - regarding the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families (ACF) report that “The number of reported child abuse and neglect incidents has dropped nationwide for the fifth consecutive year." In the story James M. Hmurovich, President & CEO, Prevent Child Abuse America, is quoted extensively, and said among other things, "When people get involved, when people care, when people understand, good things happen. And when good things happen in this case, it means children are gonna grow up healthier and happier."
