Cordelia Anderson will discuss her Demand the Change for Children – Leap Forward for Prevention campaign. Demand the Change for Children (DCC) is a grassroots collaboration mobilizing parents, professionals, organizations, and communities to prevent child sexual abuse by changing social norms. This session helps participants consider a wider range of prevention strategies and the role of activism in their work. Whether you are an individual or organization that carries activism in your heart, or want to run in the other direction thinking this has nothing to do with your life or work, this session has ideas for you.
