Picking-up on our previous blog post regarding the American Public Human Services Association's special issue of Policy & Practice focused on child abuse prevention, the second article we want to share with you is by our colleague Heather Larkin, an assistant professor in the School of Social Welfare, the State University of New York at Albany.
